We’re wishing all the very best to a new member of the Millbank team, Patrycja Wisniewska, who joins us in the brand-new role of Business Support Coordinator.

Patrycja has attained professional qualifications for accounting and ISO internal auditing, which makes her a perfect fit for her role, designed to assist operations in running smoothly across the business from compliance through to administration.

Millbank operate a Business Management System under their ISO 9001:2015 which ensures full process compliance to our clients and contractors. Patrycja is to work with the compliance and operations teams to develop improvements and ensure governance throughout the business brought about by changes in legislation and the continuous service improvement plan within the group.

On joining Millbank, Patrycja said, “Although I’ve never worked within the recruitment industry before, I’m really excited to be developing my skills with the support of the team here at Millbank. Everyone has been so welcoming and made me feel right at home here already.”
