Millbank Resourcer Liam Smith was recently recognised by training provider Recruitment Juice for his winning entry to their National Apprenticeship Week competition.

As part of developing their skills and abilities, at Millbank we enrol our trainees on Recruitment Juice’s industry-acclaimed development programme to help them reach their full potential as recruiters.

To celebrate National Apprenticeship Week, Recruitment Juice set trainees the task of writing in 200 words or fewer how the programme was helping learners in their recruitment careers.

We are proud to announce that Millbank Resourcer Liam Smith, who is making tremendous strides in his career goal of becoming a Recruitment Consultant under the guidance of Millbank Business Manager Sean Boswell, was voted by Recruitment Juice staff as the winner of their competition for his entry, “Let the Knowledge Pour”.

Reflecting on his win and his time so far at Millbank, Liam said “I couldn’t be happier to win the national apprenticeship competition for a description on my thoughts of Recruitment Juice. My experience so far has been nothing but positive and I’m learning every day."

"Being able to apply this knowledge into my working day has allowed me to explore new methods of working and ultimately produce a better standard of work. I’m thankful for all the help I’ve received within Millbank to get me this far, and I’m looking forward to what the next months of my course bring.”

Recruitment Juice goes above and beyond the realms of normal training courses. On call support and guidance, coupled with engaging content makes for the perfect mix. I enrolled on the course to enhance my understanding and develop myself into a consultant and within 4 months of joining the course, I’m applying this newfound knowledge in everyday situations and the results speak for themselves. Having the ability to complete the coursework on the job or at home allows me to prioritise my day and complete work in my own time, around the clock. Since joining Recruitment Juice, I’ve been given an insight into how my job role affects the economy on a larger scale and the impact I can have if I continue to progress on my career journey.
