Our team of Millbank runners braved the bogs of Delamere Forest this past Saturday, completing a gruelling "Hell Run".

Millbank Managing Director David Hopley, along with Amanda Hopley, Joanna Leeson and Sarah Holland, survived the hellish 6.66km Valhalla run, getting covered head to toe in mud.

Our seasoned speed demon Ben Usher, veteran of marathons in Liverpool and Paris to name a few, stormed through the even muddier half marathon event.
