Millbank Holdings Ltd are proud to announce our successful transition to the ISO 9001:2015 standard, which included a full audit of our quality management system by our UKAS accreditation body, SGS UK Ltd.

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard that ensures our services meet the needs of our candidates and clients through an efficient and effective business management system. The Millbank Group have been ISO 9001 accredited since 1992, demonstrating our continual commitment to providing a high-quality and consistent service to our candidates and clients, as well as our ongoing investment in technology and development of business processes and procedures.

The new 2015 standard has a renewed focus on risk, and demands a high degree of leadership commitment which is underpinned by risk-based thinking. Successfully transitioning to the new ISO standard, well ahead of the September 2018 deadline, is evidence of our ongoing dedication to maintaining the highest level of performance and customer satisfaction.
