Aston Martin’s mid-engine hypercar, initially designated AM-RB 003, has officially been given the name “Valhalla”.
The Valhalla was first revealed to the public at the Geneva Motor Show as a bold step in Aston Martin’s mid-engine strategy, which started with the Valkyrie and Valkyrie AMR Pro.
The Valhalla name is appropriate for the “Son of Valkyrie”; its Norse roots certainly evoke the other-worldly speed the F1-inspired hypercar will be capable of. Once again it is being developed in partnership with Red Bull Advanced Technologies and promises to be one of the most advanced pieces of automotive engineering in the world upon its limited release.
